Nepal Telecom to Phase Out 3G Service, Urges Customers to Upgrade to 4G

Kathmandu. Nepal Telecom is set to discontinue its 3G service in the near future. The company has initiated the process of transitioning 3G technology to 4G and is urging its customers to obtain a free 4G SIM card.According to a statement issued by Nepal Telecom spokesperson Rabindra Manandhar, 3G users are being notified to upgrade their SIM cards via voice calls and SMS.
