Kochi. Authorities in the southern Indian state of Kerala have ordered the culling of over 20,000 birds after confirming an outbreak of Bird Flu (Avian Influenza).According to local media, this measure is being taken to control the situation in the affected districts of Kozhikode and Alappuzha.
