Kathmandu, Dec 28: The CPN (UML) has decided to submit a closed list of the candidates for the proportional representation (PR) in the upcoming March 5 election to House of Representatives.The first secretariat meeting of the UML since the party's 11th national congress took the decision in this regard on Sunday.
