Kathmandu. The second day of the third meeting of the CPN UML Central Committee has started. The meeting, which started on Monday at Ramwagh Party Palace in Bhanimandal, Lalitpur, is in its second day with central members presenting their views on Chairman KP Sharma Oli's political report.
