70 per cent election-related works completed: Commission
Kathmandu, Dec 16: Ram Prasad Bhandari, Acting Chief Election Commissioner of the Election Commission of Nepal (ECN), mentioned that 70 per cent of the work related to the upcoming House of Representatives (HoR) election has been completed.The interim government led by Sushila Karki is mandated to hold HoR election on March 5, 2026.In a discussion organized by the Commission with ministers here on Tuesday, Acting Chief Commissioner Bhandari shared that the Commission has been working with a determination since the announcement of the election date and vowed to do so.
