Putin, Netanyahu phone call over Gaza, ahead of UNSC vote on US resolution as Russia offers counter proposal

Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the situation in Gaza and the region with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over a phone call, his office said.
