Dharan (Sunsari), Dec 17: Chairperson of the Shram Sanskriti Party and Mayor of Dharan sub-metropolis Harka Raj Rai (Sampang) has said respect of workers and country's development should depend on labour culture.At a programme organised by the party's Dharan municipal committee on Wednesday, he aid that no work is small or big. All should work. The country has not been developed as expected for not respecting labour. The labour culture can only guarantee the country's prosperity.
