Police have arrested and publicly presented four individuals from various locations in Kathmandu along with two stolen scooters.The arrested individuals include 24-year-old Santosh Bista and 22-year-old Dharmendra Khadayat, both from Galanadi, Bedkot Municipality-8, Kanchanpur District, residing in Gurung Tole, Kirtipur Municipality-10, Kathmandu; 18-year-old Rabin Pariyar, and 28-year-old Nirmal Pariyar, both residing in Baluwakhani, Budhanilkantha Municipality-10, Kathmandu, originally from Udayapur, informed Pawan Kumar Bhattarai, spokesperson for the District Police Range, Kathmandu.He stated,
