Kathmandu. Police have recaptured two prisoners who escaped from the Central Jail in Jagannath Dewal by taking advantage of anti-government protests held in Kathmandu last Bhadra.A special team from the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office apprehended the two suspects, who were facing charges of theft and drug-related offenses, while they were in hiding.They had broken through the prison security perimeter during the protests on Bhadra 24.
