Kathmandu. CPN UML has directed all its subordinate party committees to celebrate the 12th Constitution Day on October 3rd with grandeur. General Secretary Shankar Pokharel, by writing a letter to the subordinate party committees on Thursday, has directed to celebrate this year as well with enthusiasm and grandeur by organizing creative programs like in previous years.
