Following findings that various hospitals and health institutions were reluctant to provide health insurance services or failed to offer necessary facilities to patients, the Health Insurance Board has warned of legal action according to the law.The Board has urged for the smooth provision of medical treatment after observing that some service-providing health institutions caused trouble for insured beneficiaries or failed to provide services during the service delivery under the insurance program.The Board has drawn attention to the fact that health institutions require advance appointments to receive insurance services, discriminatory behavior towards the insured, and the non-availability of necessary services...
