EV Car Catches Fire While Driving, Driver Dies
Kathmandu. Police are investigating how a fire broke out in a moving car in Basantachok, Bharatpur Metropolitan City-9, Chitwan. On the morning of Bhadra 26, around 6 AM, the EV car with registration number Ba. Pradesh-01-030 Cha 5579, coming from east to west on the pre-east-west highway's service lane, suddenly caught fire while moving.Driver 56-year-old Amar Parajuli died in the car fire. Parajuli, a resident of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-12, used to operate a grocery store in his own house. As the Ayon brand EV car suddenly caught fire while moving, the driver could not get out and lost his life...
