Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has ordered the retrieval of the case file in the corruption case involving Harinarayan Rouniyar, owner of Pappu Construction, and others. The order was issued by the joint bench of Justices Manoj Kumar Sharma and Mahesh Sharma Paudel for the case, which has been pending in the 'Heard-Heard' category since Shrawan 20, to retrieve the file that was destroyed in the arson incident on Bhadra 24.
