Police Arrest CPN (Majority) Kathmandu District In-Charge for Election Sabotage

The Kathmandu district in-charge of the Communist Party of Nepal (Majority) has been arrested by the police. SP Pawan Bhattarai of the Kathmandu District Police Range told Ratopati that 39-year-old Tapendra Timilsena, also known as 'Sangharsha', was arrested on Friday on charges of anti-election activities.Timilsena, originally from Panchdeval Vinayak Municipality-1 in Achham, had made statements on social media threatening to detonate bombs in Sunsari and Kathmandu.
