The Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has mandated that retailers must compulsorily maintain detailed records of the gas sold to consumers to further streamline the sale and distribution of LP gas. Furthermore, retailers have been urged to prioritize the sale and distribution of gas to consumers using it for domestic purposes.In a press release issued on Saturday, the NOC stated that retailers must compulsorily record the consumer's name, contact number, and the quantity of gas sold during the transaction.
