The Flood Forecasting Branch under the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has forecast a significant rise in water levels in major rivers and small streams across the country for the next five days. The branch urged for caution on Thursday, assessing that the flow of water will increase in Koshi, Narayani, Karnali, Mahakali, and their tributaries.
