Kathmandu. The cabinet meeting on Tuesday appointed Dr. Dibakar Bhatta as the Chairman of the Consumer Court based on the recommendation of the Judicial Council. According to Home Minister and Government Spokesperson Om Prakash Aryal, Kathmandu District Judge Bhatta has been appointed as the chairman of the said court.Dr. Bhatta was the first person in Nepal to pass the Master of Laws (LLM) program conducted at Tribhuvan University with first division first rank, and he was honored with the Mahendra Vidya Bhushan 'Kha'.
