Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) leader Manish Jha has said that the act of parking vehicles and obstructing communication houses and other places is wrong. He said through social media – 'Those involved in this should be investigated and action should be taken. The state should address the concerns of the citizens. The state itself should not create more panic.'He questioned the government – 'Can state affairs be run by showing such childishness?
