Special Court convicts three for corruption in Bara rural municipality tender fraud

Kathmandu. The Special Court has convicted three individuals for corruption involving the submission of false details regarding the tender process for the agricultural electrification program in Pheta Rural Municipality, Bara, sentencing them to imprisonment and fines.A bench consisting of judges Narayan Prasad Poudel, Dilliratna Shrestha, and Umesh Koirala delivered the verdict. The court found Gauri Shankar Kumar Singh, Nepal Media House Pvt. Ltd., and the company's Managing Director, Navaraj Niraula, guilty.
