Kathmandu, Jan 3: Candidates contesting from different 26 election constituencies are allowed to spend maximum Rs 3.3 million in the upcoming March 5 elections to the House of Representatives (HoR) members.According to the Election Commission (EC), candidates from Taplejung, Panchthar, Sankhuwasabha, Solukhumbu, Khotang, Dolakha and Ramechhap districts are permitted to make highest spending in the elections.Likewise, candidates from two election constituencies of Kavrepalanchowk, two of Makawanpur, one of Gorkha, one of Lamjung, Arghakhanchi, Rolpa, Pyuthan and Dang, two of Bardiya, Salyan, Dolpa, Humla, Jajarkot, Bajhang, Doti and Baitadi will only be allowed to spend up to Rs 3.3 million.The spending...
