Due to road blockages caused by continuous rain, vehicles leaving Kathmandu have been sent only through the Dakshinkali-Phakel road section.The BP Highway and Kanti Lokpath are completely blocked, so the Valley Traffic Police Office has not allowed vehicles to go in that direction.Vehicles can go towards Makwanpur from Dakshinkali via Phakel. Vehicles plying from Palung of Makwanpur via Tribhuvan Rajpath have been made one-way.
