Kathmandu. Nepal Electricity Authority has urged all service recipients to obtain services only through the prescribed process and official channels. It has also been requested to cooperate in maintaining good governance by immediately informing the concerned bodies if any irregularity is seen in the process of receiving or providing services.Service recipients can take action against any employee or other person if they are asked for more than the prescribed fee or if any inappropriate act is found during the process of obtaining services provided by the authority.
