Biratnagar. More than 140 citizens from various districts of Koshi Province are still out of contact after the devastating flood in the Bhote Koshi river in Rasuwa on August 27. According to Police Additional Inspector General (DIG) Shekhar Khanal, Chief of Koshi Province Police Office Biratnagar, out of a total of 158 citizens from affected areas in Koshi Province, 18 have come into contact so far.
