Former President Bidya Devi Bhandari met with victims of usury, cooperatives, microfinance, landless squatters, and disorganized settlements who were protesting outside the National Human Rights Commission office in Pulchok, Lalitpur. She reached Pulchok on Tuesday to meet the victims who are protesting demanding a solution to their problems.
