Baglung. Nepali Congress President Gagan Thapa stated that development will not occur by tying contractors to trees. Addressing a massive public assembly organized by the Nepali Congress Baglung Constituency No. 1 in Baglung Bazaar on Friday, President Thapa emphasized the necessity of enacting and amending laws to expedite road construction.Stating that existing laws are hindering the pace of development projects, he claimed that roads, bridges, and other infrastructure will be built rapidly once 41 laws are enacted.
