Kathmandu. US Special Envoy for South and Central Asia, Sergio Gore, has unveiled the 'Alta X Gen 2' cargo drone during a visit to Everest Base Camp. According to sources, the drone, manufactured by American company Freefly, was unveiled at the base camp itself on Friday. The drone has only been inaugurated for now. It is said that its regular operation will begin only after all necessary procedures are completed.The US side claims that once this drone is in use, the material transportation service in remote Himalayan regions can be made effective....
