Kathmandu. Former leader of Myanmar, Aung San Suu Kyi, who was kept in custody after a military 'coup', will be kept under house arrest. Min Aung Hlaing, who became president from Myanmar's junta chief, ordered on Thursday to reduce the sentence of the ousted leader Suu Kyi and keep her under house arrest in a designated house. A statement issued by Min Aung Hlaing's office mentioned that the remaining sentence of the 80-year-old Suu Kyi has been reduced. It is not immediately clear where she will be moved.
