Kathmandu. In the fake Bhutanese refugee case, main masterminds Keshav Prasad Dulal and Sanu Bhandari have been sentenced to 4 years in prison and a fine of 40,000 each. Both have been in custody for pre-trial detention since the beginning of the case.
