Kathmandu. The official photograph of Mayor Balen Shah (Balendra) was issued twice in a single day.The Mayor's secretariat issued the photograph twice within a span of just a few hours. Why did the secretariat issue the photograph twice? According to sources, the first photograph issued, which showed Balen wearing glasses, was revised because a private company's brand was visible on his spectacles.In the second photograph issued, the brand on the glasses has been erased.
