Kathmandu. Government spokesperson Sasmit Pokharel has spoken about the issue of India and China building a pass through Nepal's Lipulek. Responding to a question from journalists during the press conference to publicize the cabinet meeting's decisions, Pokharel stated that the government is clear that Lipulek is Nepal's land.
