Home Minister Subhan Gurung has submitted a written response to the Supreme Court regarding the arrest of CPN-UML Chairman and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.Minister Gurung submitted the response on Friday in relation to the habeas corpus writ filed by Oli, who claims his arrest was illegal.In his submission, Minister Gurung stated that the arrest warrant was issued by authorized officials in accordance with the law, following the recommendations of an inquiry commission and the filing of a formal complaint.Gurung emphasized that it is incorrect to claim that Oli was arrested for wrongful or other improper reasons.Gurung further...
