Taplejung, Nov 28: A fire caused by an electrical short circuit in Bhanjyang Bazaar of Sidingwa Rural Municipality-4, Taplejung has caused damage worth around Rs 5 million.The fire broke out on the fourth floor of a five-story corrugated-roof house belonging to local Deni Tamang, causing damage worth Rs 5 million. The fire destroyed the roof, wood, machinery, laptops, computers and other materials, shared Jatashankar Yadav, Police Inspector and Information Officer of the District Police Office, Taplejung.The fire was brought under control with the joined effort of the police and locals. ...
