Kathmandu. Customers affected by floods who have lost necessary checks, cards, mobile phones, and other documents for banking transactions will now be able to conduct banking transactions. The central bank has instructed banks via circular to verify customers using their own customer information (KYC) and allow transactions if confirmed.
