The European Union on Saturday expressed regret over Washington's decision to deny visas for the second year to Palestinian officials wishing to participate in the United Nations General Assembly and urged reconsideration.The US State Department had said this week that it would not grant visas to Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas and other members of his delegation ahead of the meeting next week in New York.
