Federal Civil Service Bill Sent to Public Service Commission for Consultation

Kathmandu. The 'Bill to Make Provisions for the Formation, Operation, and Service Conditions of the Federal Civil Service' has reached the Public Service Commission for constitutional consultation. The Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives, Federal Affairs and General Administration sent the bill to the commission on Wednesday.The current government led by Balen Shah had set the goal of drafting the bill by prioritizing the formulation of the Federal Civil Service Act in its '100-day action plan'.The ministry had made the draft public and sought suggestions on May 11.
