The whereabouts of 35-year-old Pahalsingh Budha and his 11-year-old son Nari Budha from Turmakhad, Achham, remain unknown after they crossed the Karnali River to collect a heavy load of grass. They went missing on Thursday evening when their boat capsized while returning from Surkhet.
