Kathmandu, Dec 12: Newly appointed Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Prof Dr Kumar Ingnam, has assumed office on Friday.Minister Ingnam was welcomed by Ministry's Secretary Madan Bhujel and other high-ranking officials in Singha Durbar, Kathmandu. Briefly talking to media persons while assuming the office, the newly appointed Minister highlighted the need of utilizing Nepal's barren lands.
