Kathmandu. Kumar Luintel, the Nepali Congress candidate for the House of Representatives seat in Okhaldhunga, has made public his election expense details. The disclosed details show that Luintel spent NPR 3,099,150 during the election campaign. Luintel stated that the highest expenditure was on transportation. Out of the NPR 3,099,000, more than NPR 1.4 million was spent on transportation. He was defeated by Rabi Lamichhane's party's Bishwaraj Pokhrel by a margin of 5 votes.
