FA Fines Chelsea and West Ham Heavily for Post-Match Confrontation in January Fixture

London. The Football Association (FA) has imposed heavy fines on Chelsea and West Ham for disciplinary breaches during a tense match at Stamford Bridge last January. Chelsea has been fined  pounds 325,000 and West Ham  pounds 300,000 after players from both teams engaged in fighting and shoving in the final moments of the game.The dispute began in the 95th minute when West Ham winger Adama Traore pushed Chelsea defender Marc Cucurella.
