Kathmandu. The real estate business, which has been sluggish recently, has now shown significant improvement. The report on the trend and current status of real estate transactions published by the Economic Research Department of Nepal Rastra Bank has shown an increase in the total transaction amount, number, revenue, and bank loan disbursement in the last fiscal year.According to the central bank, a total of Rs 720.86 billion worth of real estate transactions took place in the fiscal year 2082/83.
