Kathmandu. Police have arrested a father and son on charges of defrauding people under the pretext of making gold jewelry at a lower cost. The arrested individuals are 51-year-old Jiban Kumar Thakur and his 27-year-old son Nihal Thakur, originally from Janakpur Sub-Metropolitan City-6, Dhanusha, and currently residing in Teku.They were arrested from Basundhara on Sunday, SP Manohar Bhatta of the Valley Crime Investigation Office told RatoPati.
