Buddha-Circuit Tourist Path to be Developed in Kavrepalanchok

Kavrepalanchok. A major historical, religious and tourist area in the southern-eastern part of Kavrepalanchok will be developed as a 'Buddha-Circuit' tourist path.The circuit, to be developed by connecting the historical city Panauti, Namobuddha and Temal, has been allocated a budget of Rs 25 crore by the federal government and will be completed through a continuous budget, said Kavrepalanchok MP Madhu Chaulagain.In the first phase, Rs 10 crore will be spent to construct physical and cultural heritage related to Buddha on both sides of the road from Dabali in Panauti to Namobuddha, install stupas and laughing Buddha statues in various places,...
