Supreme Court Denies Interim Order in Case Challenging Nullification of Resham Lal Chaudhary's Candidacy

The Supreme Court has refused to issue an interim order against the nullification of the candidacy of Reshamlal Chaudhary, the patron of the Nagarik Unmukti Party Nepal.On Sunday, a single bench of Supreme Court Justice Balkrishna Dhakal ordered the Election Commission to submit a written response to the writ filed by Chaudhary.
