Kathmandu. National Independent Party (Rastriya Swatantra Party) MP Surendra Chaudhary has objected to the opposition parties' protests regarding Prime Minister Balen Shah's statement on borders and questioned their motives. Speaking in Friday's House of Representatives meeting, MP Chaudhary questioned whether the opposition MPs, who spoke in favor of India while standing in the Nepali parliament, had 'eaten India's salt in the past'. Chaudhary expressed anger over the opposition's obstruction of the house for months regarding Prime Minister Balendra Shah's statement that 'Nepal has also encroached on India's land'.
