An understanding has been reached between the governments of Madhes Province and Koshi Province to cooperate in the fields of public financial management improvement, revenue growth, employment generation, entrepreneurship, and economic development.The Finance Minister of Madhes Province, Yuvraj Bhattarai, and the Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning of Koshi Province, Bidur Kumar Lingthep, signed the memorandum of understanding on Friday.
