Kathmandu. Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) Director Murari Bhandari has moved the Supreme Court, seeking to overturn an order issued by the Special Court. Bhandari has filed a petition requesting the cancellation of the bail requirement imposed by the Special Court.In the corruption case related to the construction of a heliport in Nalinchoak, Bhaktapur, the Special Court had ordered Bhandari to post a bail of 500,000 rupees.
