Kathmandu. Police have arrested a young man on charges of defrauding women by luring them through social media, claiming to be serving in the US Army. The arrested individual is 34-year-old Bheshraj Wagle, a resident of Biruwa Rural Municipality-2, Syangja.The accused targeted women, initiating contact via TikTok and then moving to WhatsApp, to perpetrate fraud, SP Manohar Bhatta of the Valley Crime Investigation Office told Ratopati.
