Pokhara. The Pokhara Tourism Council has launched a special campaign to make Lakeside, the main destination in the tourist capital Pokhara, safer and more tourism-friendly. This initiative has been started in coordination with relevant stakeholders with the objective of ensuring that tourists visiting Lakeside feel completely secure and that the environment here remains peaceful.The Council is advancing the campaign in partnership with the Baidam Ward Police Office, Tourism Police, Metropolitan Police, ward representatives, and various tourism-related organizations.
