As part of the National Assembly elections, 143 individuals cast their votes within one hour in Bagmati Province.The voters in the National Assembly election include chiefs/chairpersons and deputy chiefs/vice-chairpersons from local levels, and members of the Provincial Assembly.Out of the 110 members of the Provincial Assembly, 104 voters remain due to resignations by 6 members. Construction Progresses Rapidly on Sanga Underpass Linking Bhaktapur and Kavre
Kathmandu. Construction work on a two-lane underpass at Sanga, on the border area of Bhaktapur and Kavrepalanchok districts, is moving forward at a fast pace. The total length of the underpass, being built by the Suryabinayak-Dhulikhel Road Expansion Project under the Arniko Highway, is 1,110 meters.The underpass includes approach roads measuring 190 meters towards Banepa and 900 meters towards Bhaktapur. It will have a height of 6 meters and a width of 10.5 meters.
