Kathmandu. The government is preparing to restructure the Nepal Electricity Authority by separating production and transmission lines and to make the Electricity Regulatory Commission autonomous. The Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation has prepared to amend the law to separate production, transmission, and distribution of the Electricity Authority.
